Za\u010dal som podnika\u0165 zo \u0160v\u00e9dska v malom, ni\u010d mi k tomu nebolo treba &#8211; \u017eiadna ve\u013ek\u00e1 vstupn\u00e1 invest\u00edcia. Freelancing je pre m\u0148a sexy a neust\u00e1le ma nap\u013a\u0148a svojou inakos\u0165ou a zauj\u00edmavos\u0165ou. Je \u00fa\u017easn\u00e9, \u010do v dne\u0161nej dobe m\u00f4\u017eeme robi\u0165 a \u017ee m\u00f4\u017eeme na\u0161tartova\u0165 svoju kari\u00e9ru takpovediac zo d\u0148a na de\u0148. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Nastartovat kari\u00e9ru &#8222;ze dne na den&#8220; zn\u00ed b\u00e1je\u010dn\u011b, ale p\u0159ijde stejn\u011b rychle i \u00fasp\u011bch?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ur\u010dite nie. Na z\u00e1klade nich viem, \u017ee sa pos\u00favam dopredu a som st\u00e1le motivovan\u00fd. Od za\u010diatku ver\u00edm, \u017ee ak \u010dlovek skuto\u010dne svedomito pracuje a s\u00e1m v sebe c\u00edti, \u017ee odv\u00e1dza poctiv\u00fa pr\u00e1cu, v\u00fdsledok sa mus\u00ed dostavi\u0165. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mal\u00e9 \u00faspechy m\u00f4\u017eu ma\u0165 r\u00f4znu formu. Navy\u0161e, \u00faspech je pod\u013ea m\u0148a ve\u013emi relat\u00edvny. Mlad\u00fdm \u013eu\u010fom by som odpor\u00fa\u010dal, aby mali jasn\u00fd cie\u013e, ale sna\u017eili sa k nemu pohybova\u0165 mal\u00fdmi krokmi. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Na co se hlavn\u011b v r\u00e1mci pr\u00e1ce zam\u011b\u0159uje\u0161?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Preva\u017ene na marketingov\u00e9 slu\u017eby &#8211; copywriting a reklama na Facebooku. M\u00e1m klientov z rozli\u010dn\u00fdch sf\u00e9r, no preva\u017ene mal\u00e9 alebo stredne ve\u013ek\u00e9 firmy. Podarilo sa mi v\u0161ak u\u017e pracova\u0165 aj s BMW, alebo s autorizovan\u00fdm predajcom Under Armour. Klientom pom\u00e1ham bu\u010f s obsahom, alebo s v\u00fdkonnostnou reklamou na Facebooku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Jak\u00fd m\u00e1\u0161 p\u0159\u00edstup ke klientovi jako freelancer?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">M\u00f4j pr\u00edstup sa zaklad\u00e1 na profesionalite, \u00faprimnosti &#8211; nerob\u00edm to, \u010do neviem &#8211; a budovan\u00ed dobrej zna\u010dky. S klientom jedn\u00e1m, ako s rovnocenn\u00fdm partnerom a o\u010dak\u00e1vam vz\u00e1jomn\u00fd re\u0161pekt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Freelancerovi z\u010faleka nesta\u010d\u00ed by\u0165 \u201dlen\u201d freelancerom. Okrem toho, \u017ee som market\u00e9r, mus\u00edm by\u0165 aj projektov\u00fd mana\u017e\u00e9r a obchodn\u00edk. Mus\u00edm svoje slu\u017eby vedie\u0165 s\u00e1m preda\u0165, korigova\u0165 svoju pr\u00e1cu a neust\u00e1le prioritizova\u0165.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Setk\u00e1v\u00e1\u0161 se n\u011bkdy s t\u00edm, \u017ee se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9ho respektu nespln\u00ed? Jak na to reaguje\u0161?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Na\u0161\u0165astie sa stret\u00e1vam s ve\u013emi zauj\u00edmav\u00fdmi a slu\u0161n\u00fdmi \u013eu\u010fmi. Sna\u017e\u00edm sa by\u0165 f\u00e9rov\u00fd a hlavne \u00faprimn\u00fd. Ak nie\u010do neviem, alebo si nie som nie\u010d\u00edm ist\u00fd, tak to jednoducho poviem. \u00daprimnos\u0165 pod\u013ea m\u0148a e\u0161te \u017eiadny vz\u0165ah s klientom nezni\u010dila. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aby som ale netvrdil, \u017ee v\u0161etko ide v\u017edy ako po masle, stretol som sa v \u00a0minulosti aj s menej pr\u00edjemn\u00fdmi klientmi. No v\u017edy to rob\u00edm tak, \u017ee klientovi otvorene poviem, \u017ee si asi nebudeme sedie\u0165 po \u013eudskej str\u00e1nke a to logicky vpl\u00fdva aj na t\u00fa biznisov\u00fa. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>V \u010dem se li\u0161\u00ed\u0161 od ostatn\u00edch freelancer\u016f ve tv\u00e9m oboru?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee hlavne t\u00fdm, \u017ee som podnika\u0165 za\u010dal vo \u0160v\u00e9dsku, teda priamo z cudzej krajiny, vo chv\u00edli, ke\u010f mi doch\u00e1dzali financie. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Za\u010dal som bez ak\u00fdchko\u013evek sk\u00fasenost\u00ed a nau\u010dil sa preda\u0165 to, na \u010do m\u00e1m talent a popri pr\u00e1ci sa zdokona\u013eova\u0165 a nabera\u0165 neust\u00e1le sk\u00fasenosti. Na za\u010diatku som nemal mentora alebo \u0161\u00e9fa. Ke\u010f je \u010dlovek odk\u00e1zan\u00fd na seba, mus\u00ed si vybudova\u0165 pevn\u00fa discipl\u00ednu, aby nest\u00e1l na mieste.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Za\u010d\u00ednat bez zku\u0161enost\u00ed, bez veden\u00ed a je\u0161t\u011b k tomu s ub\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edmi financemi musel b\u00fdt psychicky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. Co ti v t\u00e9to f\u00e1zi pomohlo?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Na vo\u013en\u00fa nohu som na\u0161\u0165astie nepri\u0161iel z ni\u010doho ni\u010d. Pri\u010duchol som k podnikaniu v medzin\u00e1rodnom startupe, kde som sa nesk\u00f4r stal spolumajite\u013eom. Boli sme p\u00f4vodne v t\u00edme traja a <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/gliderpath.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">zakladatelia<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> ma nau\u010dili ve\u013emi ve\u013ea. To v\u0161etko som z\u00faro\u010dil aj v prechode na vo\u013en\u00fa nohu. Moji rodi\u010dia s\u00fa tie\u017e podnikatelia, tak\u017ee ch\u00e1pali moju situ\u00e1ciu a v\u017edy mi dok\u00e1zali pom\u00f4c\u0165. Aj teraz sa na nich obraciam, ke\u010f potrebujem radu sk\u00fasen\u00e9ho \u010dloveka.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Stresuj\u00face pre m\u0148a bolo to, \u017ee som sa u\u017e s\u010dasti chcel postavi\u0165 na vlastn\u00e9 nohy a chcel som to dok\u00e1za\u0165 s\u00e1m, bez rodinn\u00fdch kontaktov a bez finan\u010dnej injekcie do m\u00f4jho podnikania. To, \u017ee som to \u010diasto\u010dne zvl\u00e1dol zo zahrani\u010dia, bola pre m\u0148a len v\u00fdzva. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Co by jsi doporu\u010dil mlad\u00fdm podnikatel\u016fm nebo freelancer\u016fm? <\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pracova\u0165 ob\u010das zadarmo, neust\u00e1le zlep\u0161ova\u0165 svoju odbornos\u0165 a nezab\u00fada\u0165 na to, \u017ee dobr\u00e9 meno m\u00e1 podnikate\u013e len jedno. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>M\u00e1\u0161 n\u011bjak\u00e9 knihy nebo zdroje, kter\u00e9 by jsi doporu\u010dil ostatn\u00edm, co by se cht\u011bli vydat podobnou cestou jako ty?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">U kn\u00edh z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed hlavne na odbore. Ja \u010d\u00edtam hlavne knihy o copywritingu, no market\u00e9rom by som odporu\u010dil knihu D. Ogilvy: O reklame. Ak v\u0161ak ner\u00e1tam knihy, tak rad\u0161ej sledujem blogy in\u00fdch podnikate\u013eov, alebo marketingov\u00e9 str\u00e1nky z overen\u00fdch zdrojov. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Viac ako knihy o podnikan\u00ed mi v\u0161ak pomohli rozhovory so sk\u00fasenej\u0161\u00edmi kolegami a pozorovanie toho, \u010do sa deje okolo m\u0148a. Freelanceri a podnikatelia potrebuj\u00fa siln\u00fa sebareflexiu a kritick\u00e9 myslenie, aby vedeli zhodnoti\u0165, kde urobili chybu a ako to zlep\u0161i\u0165. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u010co t\u011b motivuje p\u0159edn\u00e1\u0161et na WordCamp Brno?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To ist\u00e9, pre\u010do r\u00e1d lektorujem na univerzit\u00e1ch v\u010faka projektu<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/business.facebook.com\/podniknito\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Podnikni To!<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Je extr\u00e9mne d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, aby sme neprestali zdie\u013ea\u0165 sk\u00fasenosti a sna\u017eili si vz\u00e1jomne radi\u0165. Nielen\u017ee tak rob\u00edme dobr\u00fa vec, ale tie\u017e skvalit\u0148ujeme svoju pr\u00e1cu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Taktie\u017e si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee je v dne\u0161nej dobe pomerne jednoduch\u00e9, aby \u010dlovek bez ve\u013ek\u00fdch n\u00e1kladov a revolu\u010dn\u00e9ho know-how rozbehol podnikanie. Je \u00fa\u017easn\u00e9, \u017ee n\u00e1m sta\u010d\u00ed po\u010d\u00edta\u010d a Wi-Fi na to, aby sme mohli nie\u010do pred\u00e1va\u0165 a budova\u0165.
